It started the way most great ideas do, out of frustration. My kids were playing soccer, and like every parent on the sideline, I wanted something that made their gear feel like theirs. Something that said: this team is a real team.
I started making custom bag tags for their team out of my own pocket. The response was immediate. Other parents wanted them. Then other coaches. Then other leagues started calling.
That's when I realized this wasn't just a side project. This was a real need that nobody was solving well, especially not for youth sports leagues that needed to coordinate dozens of teams at once.
Having played basketball through high school and at the Division 1 college level, I understood what team identity means. That sense of belonging to something bigger than yourself.
